We currently ship to all 50 US states. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $40. Express and overnight options are available at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log in to your account at any time to check your order status.
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — no questions asked. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Yes. Our facial tools — including the silicone cleansing brush and jade gua sha — are designed for all skin types including sensitive skin. We always recommend starting gently and patch-testing if you have any concerns.
Apply the satin bonnet to damp hair before bed and allow your hair to air-dry overnight. The satin lining reduces friction to protect your curls and minimize breakage. For best results, use on freshly washed, detangled hair.
Yes, our Electric Scalp Massager is fully waterproof and can be used in the shower with your shampoo or conditioner. Simply turn it on and massage in slow circular motions across your scalp for 3–5 minutes.
Apply a small dot of lash glue to the cluster base, wait 20–30 seconds until tacky, then place along your natural lash line using the included applicator tool. Start from the outer corners and work inward. They typically last 3–5 days with proper care.

All electric tools (facial cleansing brush, scalp massager, heated eyelash curler) come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, contact our support team and we will replace or refund your item.
