Shipping
All Bahora Luxe orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (e.g. holidays). Orders placed after 2pm EST will begin processing the next business day.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at alphaousmane600@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns
We want you to love every item you receive from Bahora Luxe. If something is not right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- Opened personal care items (lip oils, hair treatments) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- Damaged or defective items are always eligible for a full replacement or refund
To start a return, email us at alphaousmane600@gmail.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
